This would actually be a great nail art look for V-Day. The blue background keeps it from being TOO over-the-top red & pink. katsklaws: Cosmopolitan nails. I did these because I <3 Cosmopolitans and because I’ve been watching a lot of Sex and the City recently. I used a baby blue base and pink, red and white nail art pens to create the designs.
