Just playing around with layering and I’m obsessed with the look of Wet ‘n Wild Blue Wants To Be A Millionaire over OPI Done Out In Deco.

I can’t wait for Billionaire from @DeborahLippmann to come out.  Not that I want Fall to come early or anything but I can’t resist a fabulous forest green.  The formula is said to be similar to Call Me Irresponsible, a cross between a jelly and creme.

Billionaire made its debut on the Lela Rose F/W 2011 runway at New York Fashion Week and should be in stores in August.
